Our story

Spanglish: two languages, one kitchen

We opened The Spanglish to bring the food we grew up on to Layton — the kind of cooking that fills a table and takes all day. Everything from our al pastor marinade to our aguas frescas is made in our kitchen, and our menu is written in both languages because everyone deserves to order in the one they dream in.
